Aerial, TV & Satellite Services is operated by Jeff Grusd from Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. We install and service aerials, satellite dishes, TV mounting, Wi-Fi and structured cabling for homes and small businesses across Gauteng.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give uswhen you submit the contact form, email, call, or message us on social channels — typically your name, contact number, email address, the suburb you're in, and a description of the work you need.
- Automatically collected information when you browse the site — your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This comes from standard server logs and any analytics tools we run (see the Cookie Policy).
- Job records we keep after a quote or installation — addresses visited, invoices, and notes about the equipment installed so we can support you afterwards.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To schedule and carry out installations or repairs.
- To issue invoices and keep tax records as required by law.
- To follow up on previous work and offer support.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.

- Email: Google (Gmail) for incoming and outgoing email.

We may disclose information if compelled to do so by law or to protect our rights.
6. How long we keep your information
Enquiries that don't convert into a job are deleted within 12 months. Job records (invoices, addresses visited, equipment installed) are kept for at least 5 years to comply with tax and consumer-protection rules, and to support warranty claims.
7. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent at any time (this may stop us providing service).
- Object to direct marketing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure. No online service is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
